Delivery times

Your order is delivered 5 to 14 days after it's confirmed, whether you're in the United States, France or elsewhere in Europe. Our items ship from our logistics partners' warehouses.

Tracking

Every parcel is tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and your order total. They're calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order.

Late or lost parcel

If your parcel hasn't arrived 5 days after the end of the estimated delivery window, email us at info@poiletco.com with your order number: we'll open an investigation with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, we'll resend the item or refund you.
